Data Management

The Data Management tab serves as the central hub for managing and controlling the data that feeds into and shapes their AI personalities. This tab provides comprehensive tools to upload, edit, analyze, and oversee the data used to train and refine the AI personalities.

Data Upload and Integration

  • Upload Content: Creators can upload various types of content, including text, audio, and video files, which the AI uses to learn and mimic their style.

  • Social Media Integration: Link social media accounts, blogs, and other online platforms to automatically import content and updates. [Coming Soon]

  • Secure Storage Options: Select preferred storage options for data, ensuring privacy and security compliance. [Coming Soon]

Data Customization

  • Edit Content: Modify or update the content that has been uploaded to ensure it remains relevant and accurate.

  • Data Removal: Permanently delete data that is no longer needed or desired for the AI personality.

  • Data Visibility Controls: Adjust settings to control who can view or access different types of data.

  • Data Tagging: Tag and categorize data for more focused AI training, aiding the AI in understanding context and relevance.

How to add data to the platform

Click the “Add Data” button, our data upload modal will pop-up with three options that currently you can add the data to train your Alter Ego: 1) Manual 2) CSV Upload 3) PDF Upload

1) Manual

Under the “Manual” method, select add the fields correspondingly

  • Source: Labeling the source type choosing from Web, Youtube, Blog

  • Url: Entering the website of the source

  • Title: Entering the title of the source

  • Content: Copy and paste all the text on your source

After that hit “Submit”, you should see an notification saying “New Content Uploaded”. The Data Management table should refreshed automatically and you should be able to see your newly added content listed in the sources.
